RSP2pro + Leo Bodnar GPS not working

Hello,
I have Leo Bodnar GPSDO (2 ports) one port I use for 10MHz reference to SG-Lab Transverter, the other port I set to 24MHz.
Trying to feed 24MHz first to SDRPlay RSP2pro then use the output to feed same 24MHz to the LNB used to rx QO-100 SAT, but it seems the output reference from RSP2 does not work? The picture shows a RSP1 but I am using a RSP2pro. I tried also removing the 50 Ohm load from the T bnc connector and connect the cable going to the LNB but doing this RSP2 will not even be recognized by the pc usb.

Please any advise on how to solution this problem?
