Coming up this weekend in France is Hamexpo on October 12th in Le Mans ( Centre des Expositions du Mans, 1 avenue du Parc des Expositions, 72000 – Le Mans. ) More information on https://www.r-e-f.org/ or by contacting Passion Radio at www.passion-radio.fr/

Passion Radio will be demonstrating the RSPduo and talking about SDRs – meet David from Passion Radio  and Claude who has translated the SDRuno guide into French

Then in San Ramon,  California, USA on October 18-20th, Steve, KI5ENW from SDRplay will be giving a talk on the basics of SDRs and how they have evolved from simple dongles. Some non-traditional radio applications made possible by the advent of affordable, high-performance SDRs (including adding panadapter capabilities to an existing rig) are discussed.  Without delving into the technical side too deeply this review has proven popular with both new and experienced users contemplating the jump into the rapidly growing field of SDRs, or wanting to make the most of the capabilities they offer.  Ideal if you have a friend looking to get started with SDR receiving. The talk is on Saturday, 1:00 – 1:50 PM in the Contra Costa Ballroom, Salon 2. More information can be found on http://pacificon.org/

As well as the talk, Steve will be running demos and available to talk to customer old and new on the Ham Radio Outlet stand at Pacificon.

Then on October 26th, again in France, it’s Sud Expo Radio, in Monteux where Passion Radio will be showing the RSPduo in action. More information can be found at: arv84.fr/salon/  or by contacting Passion Radio at www.passion-radio.fr/
