You have come to the right page for help.
First make sure you have checked out our comprehensive “Applications and Support” catalogue which can be found here: https://www.sdrplay.com/apps-catalogue/ This contains a detailed index of links to a large number of helpful written and video material.
To make sure you are using the latest software, check the links here: Software Downloads and Documentation
If you are having problems relating to the application or with interpreting signals or use in conjunction with other lab equipment then be sure to search in our Community forum or join and post your question here (this is a brand new independent forum with links to the old forum): https://sdrplayusers.net/forums/
If you have comments or suggestions for new features in both hardware and software, you can email us at email@example.com (We don’t necessarily respond to emails sent as “feedback” but all inputs are noted)
But if you still need help – specifically to do with our RSP hardware or software which we provide, like SDRuno, then contact us for one-on-one help and guidance by clicking here: Support Centre All tickets created here are looked at regularly and responded to – if appropriate, we can even remote access your computer should you wish it. Please note that we are unable to provide support for general radio issues, antennas, third party hardware, how to compile software for Linux or for any other software not actually developed by SDRplay. If your enquiry relates to any such issues, we suggest that you post your question on an online forum dedicated to your subject of interest.
We are happy to provide direct support for all SDRplay customers, but you may find good local language support from your nearest distributor – check here for international distributor and reseller contact details: https://www.sdrplay.com/distributors/
We recommend the following support contact in these countries:
